A Must-Have App for Photographers

I don’t use this app very often, but when I need it, it does the work of filtering out duplicates fast and efficiently. I tend to shoot using a “continuous” shutter release setting resulting in lots of subtly different pictures. PhotoSweeper helps me compare and discard the images I don’t want in a fraction of the time that it would take me in other applications.

PhotoSweeper also helped me locate and discard thousands of iPhoto’s annoying duplicate low rez images that inflated my Apple Photos library after migrating. Thank you for a well-designed and intelligent solution to this perennial problem!
